ake Charge for a Greener Planet – Change tomorrow's future with a deep knowledge of management and sustainability
Increasing social interest in sustainability-oriented management, changes in consumer behavior towards renewable and regenerative products as well as political agreements and regulations with stricter environmental and climate goals mean that companies are now more asked than ever to implement the technological change towards a climate-neutral and sustainable resource and mastering technology management.
This structural change requires specialists with a business education based on sustainability concepts as well as knowledge of energy and process technology, biotechnology and material sciences, for example to be able to redesign in-house production processes towards resource-saving and sustainable supply chains. This also includes circular economy approaches. In this way, holistic approaches for the comprehensive use of renewable raw materials and waste are to be developed and their advantages evaluated and optimized. In addition, a global perspective is necessary, since companies are in international competition and should be enabled to make contributions to the achievement of global sustainability goals.
This programme closes the gap between business and technical areas of the company and trains the managers of tomorrow's sustainable economy, who understand and shape entrepreneurial developments and their influence on society and the economy in the necessary depth and complexity be able.
