EICAR, The International Film and Television School of Paris, was founded in 1972. The School has developed over the years to become a major European film and television school. Its key departments are: Film-making [with Majors in Directing, Screenwriting, Production and Editing]: Sound [with Majors in Film & Television, Music and Live shows]; news Reporting; Acting.

A key feature of the school's success is that 75% of the teaching staff are professionals currently active in the Industry.
